Each year the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sponsors a comprehensive training program, called the FDA Science Forum, to communicate and promote scientific issues and associated regulatory concerns. This is the only FDA training meeting where scientists from all disciplines and organizational components of the FDA come together to discuss the science-based mission of the Agency with other colleagues and with industry, academia, other government agencies, consumer groups, the public, and international constituents. One of FDA's goals for the Science Forum is to reach the widest possible audience with its messages. The internet broadcasts (both traditional and broadband) add a new and exciting dimension to the forum and make its proceedings available to a worldwide audience as a resource and reference, creating a virtual memory of the meeting and extending its potential. The FDA Science Forum Internet Broadcast is open to all those interested in learning more about FDA's multi-faceted scientific approach to many diverse public health issues. Welcome!
