History Forum
History Forum
During the annual meeting of the AUA one can attend the History Forum to hear presentations of papers germane to aspects of the history of urology and related issues. These papers are thematically linked to the annual history exhibit and expand on topics introduced there.
The Forum also includes the Bicknell Lecture, an invitational presentation related to our history and named after Frank Bicknell, a founder of the History Forum.
In addition, the winner of the previous year’s contest for the best paper and presentation will be awarded the Retrospectroscope Award, a new AUA award supported by GyrusAcmi.
